Lauren Widmer

Director Shelly Tucker

Lauren graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Environmental Science with a concentration in Birth through Kindergarten from the University of Arkansas in May, 2015. Her life-long love for children brought her to KULA! She began working as a teacher at our Farmington location and was promoted to Clinic Director of the Fort Smith location. From there, Lauren decided that Springdale could be a community where she could continue her passion and cultivate relationships through early intervention with KULA. Lauren is a great asset to our company. She has been told since she was 10-years-old that she should work with children because her love for them is so strong. Personally,  Lauren enjoys the outdoors and new activities. She loves camping, hiking and visiting swimming holes. Her favorite is the Kings River Falls. If Lauren could possess one super-human power, she says she would pick super strength! She likes to volunteer at Life Styles, Inc., in Fayetteville. They have been helping adults with special needs since 1976. Lauren is also trained in the Strategies for Teaching based on Autism Research (STAR Curriculum Training)- a developmental curriculum content appropriate for students with ASD and other developmental disabilities and is a Handle with Care Instructor!

Lauren may be contacted at laurenwidmer@mykidsunlimited.com.
