Rebecca Dunn

Rebecca is very understanding, structured, and loveable. She is happily married with four sons: Braxton, Bryson, Chris, and Jace. Rebecca is currently attending Northwest Arkansas Community College! She is very passionate about child abuse awareness and suicide prevention awareness. Rebecca joined the KULA team because she wanted to help children and make a difference in their lives!


Ruby Shipley

Ruby is our Lead Teacher in room 1! She is happily married and has two wonderful kiddos: Wyatt and Hayden. In her free time, she loves to be outdoors with her family! Ruby holds an Associate’s degree in Child Development from Penn Foster College and a Cosmetology degree from Paul Mitchell Cosmetology School.  She was drawn to Kids Unlimited because she has always been passionate about working with kids and helping them progress. Ruby is a wonderful teacher because she is extremely compassionate, organized, and creative. She is inspired by knowing that she has made a difference in a kid’s life and loves getting to play a part in their growth! Ruby is trained in Special Needs in the Early Childhood Classroom, Cognitive Development, Conscious Discipline, and Child Abuse Prevention. Her personal motto is, “Believe in yourself. You are braver than you think, more talented than you know, and capable of more than you imagine.”
