Crysten Kendall


Valina Deckard

Crysten holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Arkansas in Human Development with a concentration in Child Development (birth – age 3). And, she has received training in Language Acquisition through Motor Planning (LAMP). Crysten has always had a desire to work with special needs children. She especially enjoys building trusting relationships with her students. She has served in the United States Army. Crysten loves being outdoors and enjoys watching sports and attending sporting events.

Morgan Kilgore


Morgan holds Bachelors degree in early childhood education from Arkansas State University. After college, she decided to move to Northwest Arkansas to start adulthood. Morgan heard about how awesome it was to work for Kids Unlimited Learning Academy, so she knew this was the place for her. She is known for her patience and upbeat attitude towards everyone. In Morgan’s free time, she likes to spend time with her family and going to the lake. If she could possess one super-human power, it would be the ability to teleport so she could travel in the blink of an eye!

Rebekah Smith


Valina Deckard

Rebekah received her Bachelors degree in Human Environmental and Family Sciences from the University of Arkansas. She is currently working on her Masters in Special Education form Arkansas State University! Rebekah has always had a passion for serving others and helping children with special needs. That is what ultimately led her to Kids Unlimited Learning Academy. She has previously worked as a Registered Behavioral Technician, so Rebekah is equipped to handle children with behavioral issues. She is also great at communicating with children and understanding their needs. Rebekah loves art, music, and dance theatre. In her free time, she likes to go hiking with her family. If she could possess one super-human power, it would be the ability to fly!

Cassady Sharp


Cassady holds a Bachelors degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from University of Central Arkansas. She comes from a long line of educators in her family like grandmother, mother, aunt, and sister. Cassady always knew that she wanted to work with children and help them achieve their goal, so when she moved to Northwest Arkansas she knew Kids Unlimited Learning Academy was the place for her. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her family and go to the lake. If Cassady could possess one super-human power, it would be the ability to fly! Her favorite part of working at KULA is seeing the children meet milestone and gaining a teacher-child relationship. Cassady is First Aid and CPR certified.
